Courses & Certificates

Courses can be insightful and give you new ideas but having certificates doesn’t directly make you competent. I believe that you learn a lot more from making mistakes, sharing experiences with peers and diving deep into topics by reading books and doing additional research.

Listing certificates nevertheless gives an indication of the developmental direction someone chooses. That’s why I add the main certificates that I’ve completed over the last few years.

  • Becoming a UX Strategist
  • Being a UX Leader: Essential Skills for Any UX Practitioner
  • Designing Influence
  • DesignOps: Scaling UX Design and User Research
  • British national certificate of workplace mediation
  • Emotional Design Psychology
  • Psychology for Digital Behaviour Change
  • Psychological Architectures
  • Design Leadership
  • Leading Creative Ideation
